Though I am the Artisan behind Sweetpolly's
Creations, I am also a disabled Veteran (Marine Corps and Army) who still
believes in giving back whenever and as often as I can.

Each year I choose a
cause to focus on. This year, I am donating books through my Donate-a-Book
program to the Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Program at Ft.
Detrick in Maryland.

For many children, reading is an escape. It
also ignites the imagination and is the key to their future. I know because I spent
my youth reading books and working in the New York Public Library. I have
managed to combine two of my favorite pastimes (reading and supporting
children) into this one cause. You can help too. In fact, I hope you do.
