Carroll County Public Schools Make Weather Decision

Public schools in Caroll County will be delayed two hours on Thursday, Jan. 8, according to Caroll County Public Schools.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory until 8 a.m. Thursday, stating that strong winds and cold temperatures could put people at risk of hypothermia and frostbite. People who must go outside should be equipped with gloves and hats.
