Joni Rampolla, RDN, LDN, in-store nutritionist at the Eldersburg MARTIN’S Food Markets announces the December schedule of free classes. Classes meet within the Eldersburg MARTIN’S at 1320 Londontown Blvd. All of these classes are free, but registration is required by calling 410-552-5107.

The December schedule of classes includes:

Mindful Eating Over the Holidays, Thursday, Dec. 8 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. or 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Take it Off Tuesday: Weight Loss Support Group, Thursday, Dec. 13 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Struggling to lose those pesky pounds? Come to the monthly weight loss support group led by our in-store nutritionist, Joni. Interact with other group members, learn some helpful hints, sample some new healthier foods to help you reach your nutrition goals, and above all, get support!

In addition, if you need help losing weight or managing a health condition or food allergy, you can also schedule an individual consultation with Joni. Individual consultations are $20 and participants receive back a $20 MARTIN’S gift card upon completion.
