Eldersburg MARTIN’S announces nutritionist class schedule for September

Joni Rampolla, RDN, LDN, in-store nutritionist at the Eldersburg MARTIN’S Food Markets announces the September schedule of free classes. Classes meet within the Eldersburg MARTIN’S at 1320 Londontown Blvd. All of these classes are free, but registration is required by calling 410-552-5107.

The September schedule of classes includes:

• Weight Management Store Tour, Saturday, Sept. 10 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Meets in the produce department

Join Joni for a walking tour of the store to learn how to shop in a way that helps control your weight.

· De-Stressing Dinner, Wednesday, Sept. 14, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. or 5 – 6 p.m.

Meets in the nutritionist’s office. Free for adults. Registration required.

Pulling your hair out trying to decide what’s for dinner, and feeling guilty when you know it’s not healthy? Come relax with our in-store nutritionist. Together, we’ll explore foods that are tasty and quick to prepare, as well as strategies to make mealtime more fun.

· Take It Off Tuesday: Weight Loss Support Group, Tuesday, Sept. 20, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or 5 – 6 p.m.

Meets in the nutritionist’s office.

Struggling to lose those pesky pounds? Come to the monthly Weight Loss Support Group led by our in-store nutritionist. Gain support from other group members, learn some helpful hints, and sample some healthier foods to help you reach your nutritional goals.

In addition, if you need help losing weight or managing a health condition or food allergy, you can also schedule an individual consultation with Joni.
