Eldersburg Snow Totals from Weekend Storm

Carroll County got more than 10 inches of snow in some areas over the weekend, according to preliminary reports.

The following are unofficial measurements reported to the National Weather Service:

  • Mount Airy: 10.8 inches; reported at 9:03 p.m.
  • Southwest Westminster: 10 inches; reported at 9:23 p.m.
  • Eldersburg: 10 inches; reported at 9:15 p.m.
  • South Westminster: 9 inches; reported at 6 p.m.
  • Southeast Wagners Mill: 9 inches; reported at 7:51 p.m.
  • Northwest Gaither: 9 inches; reported at 7 p.m.
  • Northwest Gaither: 8.5 inches; reported at 8 p.m.
  • Southeast Eldersburg: 8.2 inches; reported at 9 p.m.
  • Southwest Manchester: 7.4 inches; reported at 8:10 p.m.
  • Millers: 7.4 inches; reported at 11:40 p.m.
  • Southeast Westminster: 7.3 inches; reported at 6 p.m.
  • Northeast Uniontown: 7 inches; reported at 8:30 p.m.
  • Southwest Lineboro: 5.5 inches; reported at 10:19 p.m.

The highest total statewide came from Montgomery County, where Damascus reported 13 inches, according to the weather service.
