Eldersburg Stabbing Suspect in Custody: Sheriff
Deputies located man wanted in domestic stabbing, Carroll County Sheriff's Office reports.
UPDATE (Saturday, Dec. 19)—Deputies found Kenneth Randall and took him into custody at 12:15 a.m. on Saturday, according to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office.
Randall has been charged with attempted first-degree murder and first-degree assault, court records show.
He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing in Carroll County District Court on Jan. 15, 2016.

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who authorities allege stabbed someone in a domestic-related dispute Friday morning in Eldersburg, then left the scene.
Kenneth Lenard Randall, 43, was last seen wearing blue sweatpants and a blue t-shirt, according to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office. He may be in possession of a box cutter, the sheriff’s office reported.

The sheriff’s office said the public is not in danger; however, people should not approach Randall if they see him.
Authorities suspect Randall in a domestic assault in an apartment on Marimich Court reported at approximately 2:02 a.m. on Friday.
When deputies arrived, they found the victim with multiple stab wounds, the sheriff’s office reported.
The victim, who was conscious and alert, was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center by medevac, according to the report.
Randall left the scene before deputies arrived and as of 11:30 a.m., the sheriff’s office reported he remained at large.
He is believed to have a white Toyota Corolla with Maryland registration GWF213. Randall is described as a black man who is approximately 5’2” tall and 130 pounds.
Anyone who sees him or his vehicle should call 911 immediately.
