7:30 AM

ZUMBA! with Carrie Coleman

 

Let's face it, working out can be healthy, rewarding, beneficial, but it has never been known to be much fun; until now. Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA! All levels welcome.

 

8:30 AM

Step Blast with Breanna Shumpert

 

Be prepared to blast some fat!  This motivating class will keep you moving until the very end.  This high-energy class can be high or low impact; it is up to you.

 

9:30 AM

Muscle Pump Group Strength, with Breanna Shumpert

 

An overall body-pumping workout; strengthening and defining every major muscle group.  Not a cardio class, but guaranteed to get your heart pumping.  No choreography to learn, ideal for all. All equipment provided.

 

10:45 AM

A Taste of Zumba and Zumba Toning

with Tracy Cox and Breanna Shumpert

 

Have you never taken a Zumba Fitness class?  Have the infomercials for Zumba peaked your curiosity? Why not learn some basic Zumba Fitness rhythms with Eldersburg’s leading Zumba instructors?

 

This is a beginner-focused class to help you learn some basic rhythms to feel successful in your first Zumba or Zumba toning class. All are welcome, wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear. Make 2012 the year you party yourself into shape with Zumba and Zumba Toning!

Introduction to Pilates, with Kim Crum-Derr

 

Pilates is a whole body program with an emphasis in core strengthening for abdominal and low back muscles. For increased body awareness and a challenge, class can incorporate Pilates circles, resist-a-balls and sponge balls, all equipment is provided.  Classes tone and lengthen muscles, increase strength, improves posture and flexibility.

 

All instructors are nationally-certified and licensed to teach group fitness. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes, bring a water-bottle and a smile.
