The Freedom Area Citizen's Council is holding the 3rd annual National Night Out, Family Night Out in the rear parking lot of Carrolltown Mall. The Carroll County Sheriff's Department and the Sykesville Fire Department will be in attendance. The event will include free refreshments and raffle tickets. There will be washable tattoos, face painting, hair braiding and more for children. Live music will begin at 6 p.m.
