
Free Introduction to Pilates, with Kim Crum-Derr

Pilates is a whole body program with an emphasis in core strengthening for abdominal and low back muscles. For increased body awareness and a challenge, class can incorporate Pilates circles, resist-a-balls and sponge balls, all equipment is provided. Classes tone and lengthen muscles, increase strength, improves posture and flexibility.

With 20 years of group fitness experience, the instructor, Kim Crum-Derr is nationally-certified. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes, bring a water-bottle and a smile. All equipment is provided.
