Mat Pilates with Kim Crum-Derr

Pilates - A whole body program with an emphasis in core strengthening for abdominal and low back muscles. For increased body awareness and a challenge, class incorporates Pilates circles, resist-a-balls and sponge balls,  all equipment is provided.  Classes tone and lengthen muscles, increase strength, improves posture and flexibility.  Monday and Wednesday 6 PM.
