
Monday and Wednesday Night Step Blast - Be prepared to blast some fat! This motivating class will keep you moving until the very end. This high-energy class can be high or low impact; it is up to you. Class is also offered Tuesday and Thursday, 9:15 AM; and Saturday, 8:30 AM.
