Dave Harvey of the Carroll County Bird Club is leading a morning bird walk at Piney Run Park. Beginning birders are welcome to the search for songbirds, waterfowl, raptors and woodpeckers. Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars and field guides. The program is open to ages 10-adult.
