The Mechanicsville Elementary School PTA and administration is holding a parent information session concerning cyberbullying, internet usage and social networking sites. The presentation will be given by Anna Bible, Coordinator of Safe and Drug-Free Schools. The program is open to parents of Carroll County Public School students.
