Looking for a weekend kids activity? Freedom Fitness, in affiliation with Freedom Area Recreation Council, is pleased to announce a Summer Saturday "ZumbAtomic" kids fitness class on June 23, 11 AM to 12 noon at their studio in Eldersburg (6400 Ridge Road, Eldersburg, between Jams and Kmart).
ZumbAtomic is the crazy-cool dance fitness workout for kids set to hip-hop, salsa, reggaeton and more. ZumbAtomic fuses the Zumba program's exciting formula with the psychology and physiology relevant to children ages 5-10. With the Zumbatomic program, kids have a blast, get focused and get fit.
Cost at the door for each individual class is only $10, space permitting. However, there is an early-bird discount of only $8 per class if you register in advance online at http://www.freedomfitness.info/events.html by Wednesday, June 20. This Zumbatomic class is one hour. Parents must stay on-site while child is participating. Waiting room is available.
