The Zumba Gold fitness party is scheduled to start up at Sykesville Middle School on Thursday, September 6 from 3:45-4:45 PM with Kim Crum-Derr in the gym and run for six weeks.

What is Zumba Gold?
Zumba Gold is a dance-inspired group fitness party with international rhythms. Although tailored for the beginner, experienced "Zumba-holics" will have no problem working up a sweat at the Zumba party.
