Medical Treatment

Today July 26th, my daughter was sent from Urgent Care to Carroll Hospital.  Urgent Care said they would call an ambulance, but my daughter insisted on driving herself. Possible blood clot in leg.   The hospital tested her appropriately (we thought), saw no clot, but stated that if it was small, it may not be seen and to retest in 7 days. Given Loratab for pain.

My daughter went directly to her family physician who sent her to the Lab for a blood test that would show if there was any signs of clots.  Her family physician said that the ultra sound is to be redone on Monday.

(??????????????????)  Thank you to the family physician for taking the extra precaution!!!!!  7 days seems a long wait.
