Shots Fired at Eldersburg Home, Sheriff Investigating

An Eldersburg couple is awaiting test results and hoping they were not targeted after shots were reportedly fired at their home on Monday.

Five shots were fired at two windows at the home in the 800 block of Caren Drive in Eldersburg, the Carroll County Times reported.

According to WBAL, the victims said there was a vacant house across the street on Liberty Road where children may have been conducting target practice; the TV station reports the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a ballistics test to get more information about the weapon.
