Slow, But Cute: Help National Aquarium Feed Baby Sloth

The Baltimore facility needs donations to help support its youngest two-toed sloths, and other animals at the venue.

He may have a face only mama could love, but the National Aquarium needs your help to feed Scout, a two-toed sloth born on Nov. 17. 

The National Aquarium created a “baby registry” for Scout, the fourth sloth born at the aquarium, reports the Baltimore Business Journal. The aquarium is taking donations to support the growing baby sloth.

Here’s what they’re looking for:

  • $25 for a week of food (biscuits, vegetables, fruit)
  • $50 for a micro-chip
  • $100 for a monthly veterinary visit
  • $10 for bottles in an emergency “hand-rearing” kit
  • $20 for powdered goat’s milk in the emergency kit
  • $20 for a surrogate mother stuffed animal in the emergency kit
