Sykesville Town Council Agenda: Redistricting Plan, Parking, Restoration

The Sykesville Mayor and Town Council Meeting will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in the Town House off of Main Street.

Tonight's meeting is open to the public and citizen comments are heard by the council towards the end of the meeting.

Items on the agenda include:

• A presentation by Del. Susan Krebs on Gov. O'Malley's Proposed Redistricting Plan.
• Discussion of the public safety report. 
• The Police Departmental Award. 
• Parking along Obrecht Road.
• A public hearing on the Ethics Ordinance. 
• A sale of Town recyclables. 
• The appointment of a part-time maintenance worker. 
• An update on the Town House and Sandosky parking lot as well as the Warfield Building G parking lot. 
• An update on the Stone Building restoration.
