Sykesville-based The Legacy School opens a newly constructed, 3,000-square-foot building to expand its
existing school, which has been educating students with learning differences, such as dyslexia, since 2011. A grand
opening ceremony -- with ribbon cutting for a new building -- takes place on May 28, 2014, between 11: 30 a.m. and
1 p.m., with main events beginning at noon.
