Water Theft and County Rates to be Discussed at FACC Meeting

The Freedom Area Citizens' Council will host guest speaker Joe Barrington, Bureau Chief of the Carroll County Bureau of Utilities on Thursday, March 15 at 7:30 p.m., to talk about hot topics surrounding county water. 

Barrington will discuss water rates, budget, replacement of meters, state mandates, and water theft.
