WEATHER ALERT: Eldersburg to Feel Like 10 Below

People should take precautions like wearing a hat and gloves outside.

Temperatures will be in the single digits and teens overnight, the weather service advised.
Wind gusts will be between 15 to 25 mph and may get up to 40 mph, according to the weather service.
In addition to Carroll, counties under the advisory include northern Baltimore, northwest Harford and Frederick, the weather service reports.
