Slot machines began arriving Wednesday morning at Arundel Mills, according to ABC 2 News.
When Maryland Live! casino opens at the Hanover shopping mall in June, it will house 3,000 slot machines, reported The Capital, with an additional 1,750 machines in place by the fall.
The state is leasing the slot machines for five years at a price of $168 million, according to Maryland Reporter, which said that the state receives half the revenue generated by the slots.
