Elkridge Snow Totals from Weekend Storm
See how Elkridge measured up compared with Howard County, state.

Howard County got 10 inches of snow in some areas this weekend, according to preliminary reports; the highest was in Ellicott City.
The following are unofficial measurements reported Saturday to the National Weather Service:
- Ellicott City: 10 inches; reported at 6:33 p.m.
- Northwest Glenelg: 9.8 inches; reported at 7:32 p.m.
- Southeast Gaither: 9.5 inches; reported at 9 p.m.
- Ellicott City: 9.2 inches; reported at 7 p.m.
- North Columbia: 9 inches; reported at 8:10 p.m.
- Northwest Columbia: 9 inches; reported at 7:30 p.m.
- Columbia: 9 inches; reported at 7 p.m.
- Southeast Simpsonville: 8.9 inches; reported at 7:56 p.m.
- Southwest Ellicott City: 8.8 inches; reported at 8:30 p.m.
- West Columbia: 8.5 inches; reported at 5:57 p.m.
- Highland: 8.5 inches; reported at 6 p.m.
- North Columbia: 8.3 inches; reported at 6:30 p.m.
- Elkridge: 7.8 inches; reported at 8:54 p.m.
- West Elkridge: 7 inches; reported at 6 p.m.
- North Savage: 7 inches; reported at 7 p.m.
- Southwest Savage: 7 inches; reported at 6:15 p.m.
- Northwest Columbia: 6.8 inches; reported at 6:15 p.m.
- East Columbia: 5.8 inches; reported at 5:24 p.m.
The highest total statewide came from Montgomery County, where Damascus reported 13 inches, according to the weather service.
