German Restaurant with Polka Music, it has now
expanded it's
entertainment schedule, under the entertainment management of Mike
Suratts, to include a wide assortment of bands. Blob's Park welcomes
“Dr.Phill's Big Band” which
consists
of 21of the most talented professional musicians in the
area. Dance to the music from the “Big
Band”
era from 1930-1940-1950's. Listen to the
talents of our lead vocalist Ms.Julie Hall, big band vocalist, and
Steve Flynn, tribute singer, who performs Frank Sinatra songs.(Dean
Martin and Bobby Darin also).
Under the direction of Dr.Phill
Butts, also the band leader of The Sunset
Band, you
can come and danceyour
hearts away. Their aren't any pool tables, dart boards or big
screens.
This is a place you come to dance,eat and
share a few drinks with your friends. A great German
menu, beers and American fare are served. The hall can accommodate up
to 1,000 people. Tables are set
to accommodate groups of 20, so
bring your friends. Huge dance floor.

April 18, 2013. Dr. Phill's Big Band will be
appearing every 3rd Thursday of every month in 2013 from
