Howard County Recreation & Parks is holding a meeting at Rockburn Branch Park (6105 Rockburn Park Rd.) in Elkridge in response to a March meeting about a proposed mountain bike skills course. Representatives from the Mid-Atlantic Off Road Enthusiasts (MORE) mountain biking club will be available to show interested individuals the proposed site and discuss any concerns.
