Fire At Motel Off Route 1 Prompts Traffic Alert: HoCo Fire And Rescue
BREAKING: Part of Washington Boulevard is impacted by the fire, Howard County emergency personnel say.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD - Crews are asking drivers to avoid part of Washington Boulevard Tuesday evening due to fire activity in the area.
After 5 p.m., first responders were at the Valencia Motel in the 10100 block of Washington Boulevard, officials said.
A dryer fire was reported, according to the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services, which stated that the blaze was out by 5:15 p.m.
