Health Care Giant Leases on Marshalee Drive

United Healthcare recently renewed a lease in Elkridge, where it has been a tenant since 2002, according to GlobeSt.com.

The health insurance company is part of United Health Group, which U.S. News and World Report said has the largest market share among health insurers in the country.

United Healthcare's 43,727-foot office space in Elkridge is located at 6085 and 6095 Marshalee Dr., within two of three buildings that make up Lyndwood Executive Center.

Other tenants at the complex include GP Strategies; ; Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing; and Chrysler Group, according to Citybizlist.

United Healthcare's lease agreement was a positive sign for building owner Multi-Employer Property Trust, which GlobeSt.com reported offered "aggressive" rent in a market that has a 14.1 percent office vacancy rate.
