Indecent Exposure, Trespassing in Jessup
Man reportedly urinates at the side of Oceano Avenue.
A man who was reported urinating on Oceano Avenue has been arrested and charged with indecent exposure and trespassing, Howard County Police said.
The incident occurred Friday night.

A witness asked the 52-year-old man, of no fixed address, not to enter the property on the 7900 block of Oceano Ave. in Jessup, said police.
The man entered the property anyway at approximately 10:26 p.m. and was subsequently arrested.

The man was taken to Howard County Detention Center and has since been released.
