Grace Church is proud to announce that we have recently hired Ms. Fran Handy as the Director of Grace Child Care Center. This ministry to the families of Elkridge began forty years ago and now serves nearly 100 children and their families in a wonderful new facility. These certified programs include infant and toddler day care as well as an outstanding Pre-K program for three and four year olds.
Ms. Handy has over 25 years of experience in this field as well as Bachelor and Masters degrees in Early Childhood Education. The Center warmly welcomes all families regardless of ethnic or religious background. The Center staff have a heart for young children that values each child’s uniqueness, and that provides a loving and rich environment for these children’s growth and learning during these highly formative years.
