One person was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Wesley Lane near Meadowridge Road Monday afternoon, said police.
At 3:02 p.m., Howard County police received a report that a car had veered off the road into the woods on Wesley Lane.
The driver was trapped for a short period of time, said police, then transported to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center by ambulance. No further information about the status of the driver was available.

Wesley Lane was closed between the Willowood playground and Meadowridge Road while units cleared the scene.
