Stained Glass Pub Sells Winning Lotto Ticket
The person who bought the ticket won $2,100 on Oct. 9.
Even though the Ravens were on a bye week, somebody had reason to do a victory dance at the on Sunday night.
That's because, according to the Maryland Lottery, the Elkridge restaurant and bar sold a $2,100 Racetrax ticket.
