The restaurant is billed as Japanese fusion, and its menu includes an extensive selection of sushi rolls as well as hot dishes like teriyaki, tempura and noodles.

Hokkaido is in the plaza across from Elkridge Corners, at 6325 Washington Boulevard. It is open Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m.–10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.–10:30 p.m.; and Sunday, 12:30–10 p.m.
