Troy Hill Industrial Building Goes for $6.7 Million

Terreno Realty purchased an industrial building at 7125 Troy Hill Dr. in Elkridge recently, reports Business Wire.

The San Francisco-based industrial realty company paid $6.7 million for the building, reports the Baltimore Business Journal.

Currently, the 66,000-square-foot property is 90 percent leased, according to Business Wire.

Tenants include and Coinmach Service Corporation.

A 65,685-square-foot warehouse space is available, according to Ryan Commercial Realty Corporation.
