which will convert a traditional suburban Town Center into a dense and vibrant urban setting. Howard County’s award winning Downtown Columbia Plan will guide the development of 5,500 residential units, 1.25 million square feet of retail uses and 4.3 million square feet of commercial uses including a full-service hotel and conference center.
