Vehicle Overturns on I-95, Sends Two to Shock Trauma
Two people traveling in a Honda Accord were taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center after a Thursday morning collision near the Baltimore-Howard County line.

Two vehicles were involved in a collision on Interstate 95 Thursday morning near Elkridge that resulted in two people being taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, according to police.
Preliminary reports indicate that one of the vehicles overturned after a Mazda and a Honda Accord traveling on I-95 North collided near I-895 by the Baltimore-Howard County line, said Sergeant Anthony Riley of the Maryland State Police.
The driver and passenger of the Accord were transported by ground to shock trauma for injuries, said Riley. The driver of the Mazda was not injured, reported police.

Word of the accident came in at 11:45 a.m., said police. Two lanes of I-95 North were closed as officials responded. As of 12:30 p.m., police reported that all lanes had been reopened.
The cause of the incident is unknown at this time, said Riley, who noted that officials are still investigating.
