1 Person Is Dead, 3 Others Injured In Head-On Collision Near Glenwood In Howard County
Three people were injured and one person killed in a head-on collision that happened Sunday near Glenwood in Howard County.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A Sunday accident left three people injured and one person dead. The crash happened near Glenwood shortly before 4:30 p.m.
According to the Howard County Police Department, a 2016 Toyota Highlander was headed north on Route 97 past Rolling Hills Drive when it crossed into oncoming traffic for an "unknown reason" and hit a 2016 Nissan Rouge head on.
All four people were taken to MedStar Montgomery Medical Center. The front passenger in the Toyota, 67-year-old Wei Chu Lam Wong of Eldersburg, was transferred from there to Washington Medical Center where she died Sunday night.
