1 Person Killed, 7 Injured In Single-Vehicle Crash Saturday: Howard County Police
A 61-year-old Laurel resident was killed and seven others injured in a single-vehicle crash that happened Saturday night.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A 61-year-old Laurel resident was killed in a single-vehicle crash that happened Saturday night in Columbia.
At approximately 10:08 p.m. on Dec. 17, a 2003 Honda Odyssey was traveling southbound on Snowden River Parkway just prior to Carved Stone when, for an unknown reason, it left the roadway and struck a tree, according to the Howard County Police Department.
A passenger in the back seat, Ram Luitel, was pronounced dead at the scene. Seven additional occupants, all adults, were taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
