A 30,000-gallon fire suppression tank will be installed underground starting Dec. 14 in Woodstock.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A Howard County construction project to install a 30,000-gallon fire suppression tank adjacent to the 1900 block of Woodstock Road in Woodstock should begin on Dec. 14.
According to Howard County officials, the tank is not covered by the county’s water distribution system and will include a 60 x 30 x 15-foot construction trench excavation to place the tank underground. A concrete pad will be installed on top of the tank.
Weather permitting, the project should be completed by late January 2023.
