4 Break-Ins Reported At Howard County Businesses With Change, Charger Stolen: Police

Four Howard County businesses report break-ins at their locations. In two incidents, change was stolen as well as a laptop charger.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Police are investigating four incidents that happened within a few days' time where a suspect or suspects broke into businesses Howard County businesses. Two businesses reported thefts connected to those break-ins.

Sometime in the overnight of Feb. 22-23, someone forced open the door of LKQ Pick Your Part, located in 8100 block of Washington Boulevard in Jessup. Nothing was reported stolen.

Also in the overnight of Feb. 24-25, someone broke the front glass door of Columbia Palace Cleaners, located at 8700 block of Centre Park Drive in Columbia, and stole change from the business.

At 3:30 p.m. Feb. 25, it was reported that Kitchen & Bath Creations, located in the 9000 block of Red Branch Road in Columbia, had been broken into through a rear side door. Nothing was reported stolen.

In the overnight of Feb. 25-26, someone broke a window at Mathnasium, located in the 8800 block of Centre Park Drive in Columbia, and stole a laptop charger.
