Adorable Adoptable Pets Of The Week In Howard County

These pets are searching for their forever homes. They currently are at the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Meet Patch's Adorable Adoptable Pets of the Week available from the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center. Natasha is a 5-year-old blue-colored female who resembles a mix of Russian Blue or a Korat breed. According to the center, she is very sweet and social. Natasha loves attention and purrs when you pet her. While she is recovering from a skin issue, her hair is growing back quite. This affectionate girl loves to interact with people and can't wait to head to her furever home.

Ghost is a friendly 2-year-old neutered male who meows a “hello” to you when you walk in. This cream tabby is a curious and sweet cat, outgoing and laid back, and loves hanging out with people. He is affectionate and enjoys attention - he'll even follow you around. He also enjoys time hanging out on a window sill watching the birds outside.

Snuggles is a 3-year-old female guinea pig who likes to talk to you when you talk to her. She is housed with another guinea pig right now and gets along just fine if there is enough room. She is curious and once she knows you, she comes over and pushes her nose on your hand to ask for attention. She likes it when you gently rub behind her ears and scratch the top of her head.

Cuddles also is a 3-year-old female guinea pig bonded with Snuggles. According to the shelter, the duo became too much of a financial burden for the previous owner, so they were surrendered to the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center. Snuggles is vocal and more outgoing than Cuddles, but both girls enjoy head scratches and readily show affection.
