Adorable Adoptable Pets Of The Week In Howard County
These adoptables and others are waiting for their furever homes at Howard County Animal Control & Adoption Center.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Meet Patch's Adorable Adoptable Pets of the Week available from the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center. First up is Dexter who is described by shelter staff as a good boy. He's housebroken, walks well on a leash and loves playing ball. This border collie mix is 7 years old and would make a wonderful addition to any family.
Wilbur is an adorable 1-year-old male Abyssinian guinea pig. He is described by shelter staff as a friendly and active guinea pig that makes happy sounds when he sees you. His fluffy fur is black and white on one side and tricolor on the other. He loves to munch on fresh fruit, vegetables and hay. When you purr at him he responds back with a purr. In his previous home, Wilbur lived with an older child that could no longer care for him. He is hoping to find a forever family that will shower him with love and one prepared to care for him for his full life span.
Bun Bun, a 6-month-old male rabbit, has adorable big ears that will make you fall in love at first glance. He has lived with kids and gets along well with them if they are gentle with him. He's a curious rabbit who enjoys exploring and running around really fast when feeling silly, so he would need a fenced-in area to stay safe while inside. Bun Bun enjoys eating timothy hay and will follow you around like a shadow if you have a carrot for him.
