Fires Break Out At Ellicott City Home, Garage

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — Firefighters were called to a home in Ellicott City Saturday afternoon for a report of a garage fire.

Crews found the blaze burning in the garage around 2:30 p.m. at the home located in the 5700 block of Brothers Partnership Court. The fire was extinguished quickly, the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services reported.

However, one resident was evaluated for injuries not considered life-threatening. No firefighters were injured.

Saturday around 10:15 a.m., crews were called to the 3700 block of St. Paul Street for a report of a house fire. The brought the fire under control quickly, the fire department stated, and no injuries were reported.
