• 7 Teen Boys Charged with Assault After Allegedly Attempting to Force Teammate into Toilet In Locker Room Bullying Incident (people.com) — Howard High School in Ellicott City has suspended its junior varsity football program after seven players, ages 14 to 16, were charged with second-degree assault over an alleged locker room bullying incident that hospitalized a teammate. Police and school officials are still investigating, while the victim's mother describes a pattern of earlier harassment that has left her son shaken and the family deeply distressed.
