The Howard County Arts Council is now accepting applications for the juried portion of Paint It! Ellicott City 2014, an annual plein air paint-out and exhibit in Ellicott City, Maryland. A minimum of $5,000 in awards will be presented to participating artists. Event Dates: July 11-14, 2014. Exhibit runs July 14-August 22, 2014.
