Arts Council Announces Sculptures And Locations For ARTsites 2021
Howard County Arts Council's annual public art exhibit takes sculptures out of the gallery and displays them outside, across the county.
ELLICOTT CITY, MD —The Howard County Arts Council announced last week that 12 sculptures have been select for ARTsites 2021, an annual public art exhibit. The council also announced the sites around Howard County where the sculptures will be displayed between August 2021 and July 2022.
According to a release, ARTsites takes the artwork from the "confines of a gallery," and places it outdoors, in public spaces, for all to enjoy.
"Every year, these head-turning art displays create new visual landmarks and increase the community's access to the arts," the council wrote.

The selected artwork and host sites for ARTsites 2021 are:
