ASIST Workshop Teaches How to Intervene and Save a Life from Suicide
Register now for suicide prevention training by Grassroots on Sept. 28 and 29, at Bethany United Methodist Church in Ellicott City
Grassroots Crisis Intervention is holding a two-day workshop, ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), that teaches how to intervene and save a life from suicide on Thursday, Sept. 28 and Friday, Sept. 29, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., at Bethany United Methodist Church, 2875 Bethany Lane, Ellicott City.
The cost is $25 for people who live or work in Howard County, $100 for people who live outside of Howard County. Fee includes lunch. Space is limited. Registration closes Friday, Sept. 15. Register here.
