Barn Fire Out In Woodbine, Howard County Fire Officials Say

WOODBINE, MD -- Crews battled a fire in Woodbine Tuesday afternoon. A brush fire and barn fire were reported in the 3300 block of Jennings Chapel Road, officials said.

The barn was on the ground when firefighters arrived, officials reported.

At 12:20 p.m., the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services announced that the blaze had been knocked. Personnel from Carroll and Montgomery counties were assisting.

Around 1 p.m., officials said the fire was out.
