Body Found In Woods Identified, Howard County Police Ask For Public's Help Finding Suspect
The body of a man found in the woods in Howard County has been identified. Police are asking for the public's helping with the case.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A body found in a wooded area along the westbound side of Route 99 near Weatherstone Drive in Ellicott City appears to be a pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle in the overnight.
According to the Howard County Police Department, the victim has been identified as Michael Kevin Fitzpatrick, 54, of Ellicott City. Investigators believe he was walking alongside or in the travel portion of the roadway.
