Caregivers Support Group - Sept. 17, 2014

Granite Presbyterian Church will be hosting a Caregivers Support Group, beginning Wednesday, September 17, 2014 @ 6:00 – 7:30pm. While the demands of in-home caregiving for infirm and aging family members are very stressful and exhausting, the needs of caregivers for self-care are often overlooked or minimized. A caregiver support group is a regularly scheduled gathering in which caregivers can take a break from their responsibilities, share experiences – both positive and negative, and receive support, wisdom, and encouragement from others who are in similar situations. The Caregivers Support Group will meet in the Social Hall of Granite Presbyterian Church, 10637 Old Court Road, Granite, MD 21163.
